How often do you prefer granola for your breakfast? I prefer eating mostly granola and porridge-like things. and I find it very tasty. It doesn’t matter with yogurt or milk. The important thing is how you want at that moment 🙂
This recipe is very tasty and crispy. If I prefer oats when i make granola, i want it to be a little crunchy, so i bake it in the oven instead of the dehydrator. But if I make granola from buckwheat, my only option is dehydrator. You can choose to make your granola with dry fruit or nuts. I used my choice from nuts. Because i find the nuts compatible with the cocoa recipes.
I preferred almonds and nuts. If you don’t have the content I use, you can also use different nuts. I added some cocoa nibs to this recipe. When eating this granola, cocoa nibs add flavor as if they were chocolate pieces.
I hope you like and try the recipe. I am waiting for your comments. Bon Appetit 🙂
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cup rolled oats (I preferred gluten free oat.)
- ½ cup almond and hazelnut (total)
- ½ cup coconut flakes
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup cacao nibs
- 5 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2-3 tbsp cacao powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Chop the nuts and almonds with knives. Don’t put it in the blender. It shouldn’t become dust. Put oats, coconut flakes, nuts, almonds, cocoa tips, chia seeds and salt in a large bowl.
2.In another bowl, mix cocoa powder, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
3.Add the liquid mixture to the oat mixture and stir well.
4.stir in the 15th minute and continue cooking. If it’s exactly what you want, it’s done. But if you want to get crispier, you can go on for another 10 minutes.
5.Store in an airtight container.
