Persimmons is a burst of natural sweetness.

You can also dry this fruit if you wish. Slice and dry persimmons in the oven to make natural fruit strips.
The season of persimmon has come. I wanted to bring this beautiful fruit together with a chia pudding right away. It is both healthy and very tasty.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup almond or coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 very ripe persimmons
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Finely chopped walnuts on top.
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Put your chia seeds in your mixing bowl, add your milk at room temperature and vanilla extract. Mix them until you get a homogeneous consistency.
2.Leave your pudding to cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.
3.Peel your dates. Add it to a food processor along with the cinnamon and grind it to a smooth cream.
4.In glasses, create layers of chia pudding and persimmon cream starting with the pudding.

6.Finally, add finely chopped walnuts to it.
