INGREDIENTS

- 1 cup Black Rice
- 3 cup Water
- 3 tbs Olive Oil
- 300 gr Chestnut Mushrooms
- Handful Parsley, roughly chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Soak Black Rice in warm water for 15-20 minutes, then wash and strain
2.Put the oil in the pan. Chop the mushrooms and add them to the pan.
3.Add the rice and salt and add the hot water after a light roast. Close the lid of the pot.
4.When it starts to boil, turn down the bottom of the stove and cook until it drains. Cover with paper towels and leave to brew.
5.After brewing the rice, add the chopped parsley.
6.Serve hot.
